Dr. Ian Chinsee is a Cosmetic Doctor experienced in cosmetic surgery and medicine

Dr. Ian Chinsee is registered with the Medical Board of Australia and is a Surgical Fellow of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine (ACCSM).

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from UCLA in 2002 and his medical degree from the University of Queensland in 2007.

After six years working in QLD Health hospitals, Dr. Chinsee completed advanced surgical training with ACCSM, receiving the Colin Moore Gold Medal Award for Excellence.

Dr Chinsee is experienced in both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic treatments, focusing on breast, blepharoplasty, labiaplasty and non-surgical cosmetic medicine treatments. He is actively involved in research with scientists and clinicians to advance cellular medicine in aesthetics and regularly presents at conferences.

Dr Chinsee is a key opinion leader for BTL Aesthetics, INMODE, iS Clinical & Xytide.

Dr Maria Carolina Abdon has more than 20 years’ experience in medicine and surgical practice. She graduated with Honours in Medicine (MD) from the University of Buenos Aires in 2003, completed a General Surgery residency (2004-2008) and served as Chief Resident (2008-2009). She then completed a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology (2009-2011), which reflected her interest in breast surgery.

In 2012, Dr Abdon moved to Australia, where she worked in a range of surgical roles while raising her two children. Since 2021, she has focused her practice on cosmetic surgery, working alongside experienced colleagues to further develop her skills. In 2026, she completed her Fellowship with the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine (ACCSM).

Dr Abdon has a particular interest in breast and body procedures. Her approach to consultations is to listen carefully to each patient’s goals and understand what matters most to them. She is committed to clearly communicating the available options and their risks honestly, and planing each procedure thoroughly based on the patient’s unique anatomy.

Dr Abdon holds general registration with the Medical Board of Australia.

Dr. Ian Chinsee is a Cosmetic Doctor registered with the Medical Board of Australia and a Surgical Fellow of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine (ACCSM). With over 17 years of medical experience, including 8 years experienced in cosmetic surgery, Dr. Chinsee is highly experience in aesthetic procedures, particularly breast and facial procedures. To date he has performed over 3,000 breast-related procedures.
Dr Chinsee is known for his approachability and compassion, ensuring that every patient feels well cared for throughout their journey.

For the last 5 years Dr. Carolina has focused her practice in cosmetic surgery, focusing particularly on breast and body contouring.
Patients describe Dr. Carolina as approachable and easy to talk to, with a calm, caring manner and meticulous attention to detail. She believes the best outcomes come from honest communication and thorough planning.

Bree is our experienced Senior Patient Coordinator, with over 8 years of dedicated service alongside Dr. Chinsee. In her role, Bree manages patient coordination and support, including preparing theatre lists, ordering implants, and handling accounts.
She also plays a key role in liaising with doctors and hospitals to ensure a seamless and professional experience for both patients and clinicians. Bree’s extensive experience and attention to detail contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our practice.

Karyn is an Enrolled Nurse with over six years of experience in theatre and post-operative care. Over the past six years, she has worked closely with Dr. Chinsee, delivering exceptional support and care to his patients.
Nurse Karyn's primary focus is on patient safety and satisfaction, ensuring that every patient receives top-notch care throughout their surgical journey. Her unwavering commitment to patient well-being is reflected in her meticulous approach and dedication, contributing significantly to the overall success of our practice.
